If you think about it, there is water in the air and you can take water/moistness from stuff like plants plus since liquids like blood for example have water in it you could potentially also control blood. And there is literally the ocean. And of course water puts out fire :p

if you think, water = life. if you could control water, you could possibly control all life. also maybe bring back the dead that would be cool
